Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with a lovely view over the beautiful garden and lake. The service was exceptional; the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the dining options were a bit basic, the overall experience was fantastic. The location was perfect, near the train station and within walking distance of many attractions.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. I enjoyed the beautiful lake view from my room with a small balcony to soak up the sun, but the downside was being near a railway track. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some unfriendly interactions noted. The location was ideal, offering a perfect wake-up view next to the lake. The dining options had tasty breakfast foods, but some improvements could be made. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, while located in an attached building, were clean and had everything we needed, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by uncooperative receptionists. Despite this, the location was great, the breakfast was rich, and the reality of the place exceeded the expectations set by the website.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nicely sound insulated and overlooked a beautiful lake, just a minute's walk away, but one night was a bit noisy as my room overlooked the outside dining area. The service was accommodating overall but a bit slow and inattentive at times. The location was ideal, quiet and peaceful yet within easy walking distance to town and with convenient transportation options provided by the hotel. The dining offerings were good with a variety of options, especially the selection of eggs, meat, yogurt, fruits, and pastries.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The view of the lake and mountains every morning was breathtaking. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The dining experience was delicious, although I wished for a bit more variety. The peaceful and quiet location was perfect for a short visit to Château de Chillon.
My stay was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were nice and clean, with large comfortable beds and separate bathrooms. However, they were located in an attached building, which was a bit inconvenient. The receptionist, especially the lady on the morning shift, was aggressive and uncooperative, making my experience stressful. Despite complaining via email, there was no satisfactory response or alternative offered. I had to request to speak to the manager for some resolution, turning what should have been a relaxing vacation into a nightmare for me and my family.
