I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with a lovely view over the beautiful garden and lake. The service was exceptional; the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the dining options were a bit basic, the overall experience was fantastic. The location was perfect, near the train station and within walking distance of many attractions.

However, they were located in an attached building, which was a bit inconvenient. The receptionist, especially the lady on the morning shift, was aggressive and uncooperative, making my experience stressful. Despite complaining via email, there was no satisfactory response or alternative offered. I had to request to speak to the manager for some resolution, turning what should have been a relaxing vacation into a nightmare for me and my family.
